With a brand-new terminal opened last fall, Raleigh Exec welcomes pilots, passengers and corporate leaders, even when they’re attending a meeting rather than catching a flight!

The O.A. “Buddy” Keller III Terminal, with 14,500 square feet over two stories, is the business and social center of the jetport. The building features:

Pilot Lounge. A space designed around what pilots told us they wanted for a safe, productive and enjoyable trip. That includes two flight-planning stations with printer, two “snooze rooms,” a restroom with shower, cable TV, a single-serve coffee machine and, for security, a live video feed of the ramp, so you can keep an eye on your aircraft.

Large Conference Room. A technology-enriched meeting space available to groups of all kinds that can accommodate 30 people comfortably with up to 16 seated around the large conference table.

Small Conference Room. A more intimate meeting space seating eight around the conference table, still with all of the technology you need for effective meetings.

Classroom. An instructional space often used for flight training, educational gatherings and briefings that accommodates 20 people.

Observation Deck. A relaxing area on the second floor, open to the public with rocking chairs overlooking the runway and other activity on the field.

Other Terminal Amenities. The bright, open building also includes comfortable seating, a free public computer with printer and a vending area with complimentary coffee and water.

Courtesy Car is available with fuel purchase, on a first-come, first-served basis.

U.S. Customs Services. While customs services are not available at this time, Raleigh Exec is applying with United States Customs and Border Protection to provide customs services for flights entering the United States. International flights to Raleigh Exec from the Bahamas and Caribbean often clear customs currently at Treasure Coast International Airport in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Coming Soon: Air Traffic Control Tower. The FAA approved an air traffic control tower for Raleigh Exec in 2025 that is now underway and scheduled to open in 2029. When it begins operation, tower information will be added to the pilot information on this site.

On the field, a variety of spaces are available for aircraft, including tie-downs, T-hangars and a newly developed area for large corporate hangars with a public fire suppression system. Customers based at the jetport receive a discount on fuel.
